Just left Park Hardware looking for Black and Decker trimmer spool. Showed the gentleman a picture of the spool via my cell phone and before I could hold it up he said gruffly "NO WE DON'T HAVE IT". I find Park Hardware cold and unfriendly. I will never go there again
